In 2017, Kelvin Mungai joined the Wings to Fly program and through the comprehensive secondary school scholarship, he was able to attend Chavakali High School where he completed his education and proceeded to join the Equity Leaders Program in 2021. Through mentorship and leadership development, he has been exposed to a global network of other inspirational leaders and scholars and is looking forward to joining New York University, Abu Dhabi, for his undergraduate studies
In 2014, Hope joined Kenya High School under the Wings to Fly Scholarship Program. Through the regular leadership congresses and mentorship through the program, she stood out and quickly took up leadership positions at the school. She then scored well and joined the Equity Leaders Program as a scholar and also joined the University of Nairobi to pursue a Bachelors Degree in Law. Her experience in ELP has taught her to be resilient and to think outside the box and to remain sensitive to the opportunities that are there for young people.
Dennis Mathenge scored an A plain in the 2012 KCSE exams and emerged the overall best student in Mathira Sub-County.An achievement that enabled him to join the Equity Leaders Program as a scholar. Through the program, he not only got professional mentorship but was also able to join Equity FC as a professional football player playing in the Kenya Premier League where he has learnt more about being a team player and the value of resilience.

Seth Moiben joined the #EquityLeadersProgram after completing his KCSE Examinations in 2016. He tells his story of how the program has equipped and empowered him throughout his higher education with professional training and exposure to work ethics and life skills. Through the program, he was exposed to the corporate work culture and to industry captains who inspired and mentored him in his youthful years. Today, he is a Medical Doctor with global work experience. He is also an advocate for sustainable development.
