Isaac Kimani excelled in his KCPE exams and joined secondary school under the Wings To Fly Scholarship program. After secondary school, he joined KMTC to study Physiotherapy under the Equity Leaders Program TVET scholarship.
Erastus Kariuki did his KCSE in 2004 where he emerged as the top student in his region and joined Equity Leaders Program. Through Equity Leaders Program he learnt how to be professional, address customers, solve customer problems and make decisions.
Mary Wamaitha joined Equity Leaders Program and became an intern at Equity Bank Ruai. She later joined Ashesi University where she did her undergraduate studies.

Grace Munyiri first interacted with Equity in 2015 when she joined the Equity Leaders Program under the Paid Internship Program where she got an opportunity to intern at Equity Bank Fourways Branch.
In 1998, Vincent Mukiri topped in the KCSE examinations and joined Strathmore College of Accounting to do accounting as he awaited admission to university. He later joined University of Nairobi to pursue Law and also joined Equity Building Society where he served in various capacities including at the branch and within the Legal Department. He attributes his passion for impacting the society and the youth from his experience at Equity.
